Arkansas Razorbacks football coach, Bobby Petrino, is on paid leave following a motorcycle accident leaving him injured while riding with a woman he had an affair with. He wasn't honest with his job that he had a passenger with him. The accident happened over the weekend with Jessica Dorrell - student-athlete coordinator at the university.
Petrino said that he had an affair with Dorrell and wanted to protect his family. Petrino makes over three million a year and is under a contract clause of dismissal stating, " "engaging in conduct, as solely determined by the university, which is
clearly contrary to the character and responsibilities of a person
occupying the position of head football coach or which negatively or
adversely affects the reputation of the (university's) athletics
programs in any way."
Petrino has been with the Razorbacks for four seasons. He has apologized.
